"I was experiencing some constant neck pain for months. I had gone to a well respected Chiropractor who had helped me many times in the past. After several adjustments from him, the issue was not resolving. So I decided to try MFR. The short version is that it helped my neck pain immensely and helped me find a lingering problem with my left arm that was likely caused by breaking my arm as a child. It's really interesting to pay such close attention to your own body. As Anna would work on a certain area, I was instructed to call out any feelings I sensed in the rest of my body. At first, you don't notice much at all. But slowly, you start to notice responses in other parts of your body, giving clues as to how one area is connected to another. The massage was painful at some points, but I knew that healing was happening. It's like the pain of a hard workout. Tough in the moment, but glad you did later.
Overall, I'd rate the experience at 5 out of 5 and would recommend it to anyone suffering from chronic pain."
