Anna

Hi! I'm Anna, a licensed massage therapist, and myofascial release (MFR) therapist.

I love this work and my goal is to empower my clients with profound healing and renewed vitality by addressing the physical tension and emotional strain they carry in their bodies. I also aim to help them access the incredible healing wisdom our bodies are designed to provide.

I'm fairly new to MFR, but I've already seen great results.  I'm excited to continue my MFR journey by working with more clients and expanding my knowledge and skills through ongoing training and classes.

In my experience with MFR--and in life--I've come to view the body, mind, and spirit as deeply interconnected.  Addressing the body's fascia can unlock deep healing, often transforming many areas of life.

I deeply appreciate John Barnes' work and teachings, and I interpret the transformative effects of MFR as part of the intricate design of our bodies, woven by God.  While my sessions are not faith-based unless requested, this belief shapes my approach to care.

During each session, I strive to create a safe, relaxing space where you can release tension and reconnect with your body's natural ability to heal.  Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, life stress, or are simply curious about MFR, I'm here to guide you on your healing journey.

Outside of the office, I enjoy exploring the beauty of nature, spending time with my two kiddos, connecting with my community, and deepening my understanding of the body's intricate design and capacity for healing.

I also do MFR on my kids' gerbils.  This is Joe.  Joe is much calmer after MFR; it has helped him heal from his trauma.

Check back here later for updates on Joe's healing journey.  His brother, Cage, also needs MFR, but is currently too grumpy to accept it.

*Gerbil Update*

My daughter has learned a few MFR techniques and occasionally works on Joe.  He seems a little calmer after she works on him.
