massage table

A massage table is a must! It will save the 'therapist' so much effort and support good body mechanics.  Giving a massage on a couch or bed is hard work.  A table doesn't have to be expensive to make all the difference.  This is the best price Anna has found.

lotion holster

Cute lotion holster so getting more lotion doesn't interrupt the flow of your massage session! We will have bottles for sale and refill available soon in the office.

massage sheets

You can just throw a blanket on the table, or use twin sized sheets. If you want special massage sheets, these will fit your massage table.

towels

Towels to put in the warmer.  Kitchen towels you already have also work!

towel warmer

For an added luxury, here's a towel warmer! Clients often tell me the warm towels are the best part of the massage!

Don't buy this! No one needs this much lotion for their home spa :)

refill for $13

Coming soon:

$10 for a new bottle

$7 for just the refill

Don't use normal moisturizing lotion you might have at home: that gets sticky during a massage.

It doesn't matter what pitcher you get for making your own spa water, though this is nice with the mesh to keep out large fruit chunks.  Here are some spa water ideas (for each option, just chop up thin slices or chunks of fruit and allow them to sit in the water for at least 30 minutes):

Cucumber Mint Water

Hydrating and calming, helps with digestion and fresh breath

Lemon Ginger Water

Good for digestion and detoxification, while fighting inflammation and nausea

Strawberry Basil Water

Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatories

Orange Blueberry Water

Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants
